Your visa business, run by our team

A client portal on your own web address, under your brand, where your clients sign up, pay you and follow their case — while our case managers do every bit of the visa work behind it. You set the price. We do the rest.

Real screens of the platform, with a test company's sample clients. No sign-up, no sales call.

What Full-Service does

Three things, and nothing in between for your team to do.

A portal in your name

Your address, logo and colour. Clients sign up, log in with an email code, see their tasks and documents, message their case manager and pay — and never see our name.

Our case managers do the work

Every signup gets a case manager on our team: document checks, appointments, the application, renewals. Each step reaches the client as an update in your name.

You set the price, you get paid

Your price per adult and per child, on top of our fee. Clients pay in instalments through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you.

The platform, screen by screen

Real screenshots of the platform on a test company. Each screen says what happens there and who does it: your client, you, or our team.

    What you'd earn per client

Your price is your margin. The client pays your price plus our fee, in the same instalments the platform shows them at signup. Change the numbers to match your business.

Our fee per visa is what we charge for the casework; it's shown on your Prices page and here, so there's nothing hidden in the total. The prices prefilled are examples — type your own.

      Who does what

You bring the clients and own the brand and the money. We run the cases and the platform.

      What you do

      • Find the clients: your marketing, your website, your referral links
      • Add your logo, colour, company details and social links
      • Set your price per visa, per adult and per child
      • Connect your Stripe account, so the money lands with you
      • Answer client questions yourself, only if you want to
      • Record your own task texts and videos, or keep our defaults
      • Follow every client, task, document and payment in your admin area

      What we do

      • Set up your portal address and your company on the platform
      • Set up the instalment steps for every visa
      • Mark each instalment paid the moment Stripe confirms it
      • Assign a case manager to every client
      • Check documents, book appointments, submit the application and handle renewals
      • Reply to messages from the portal, in your name
      • Provide default task descriptions and example videos to record from

How this differs from White Label

With White Label, your team stays the point of contact for your client from start to finish — we work entirely behind the scenes, and you resell our service at your price. With Full-Service, your clients get their own portal on your address and our team talks to them directly, under your brand, from signup to approval. You still set the price and the money still lands with you — your team just doesn't handle the day-to-day.

If you'd rather your own team stay client-facing, White Label is the closer fit. If you want the portal and the client communication handled too, Full-Service is built for that.

      Is this for you?

This is likely a fit if:

      • You already have people asking you about moving to Spain — a relocation agency, a law firm, a coworking or co-living brand, a content creator with an audience — and you want to sell the visa under your own name
      • You want to set your own price and be paid directly, without building or staffing an immigration desk
      • You're fine with our team talking to your clients in your name, and with a view-only window on their cases
Not quite? If your own team should stay the client's day-to-day contact, White Label is closer. If you want to run cases yourself, look at Software. If you'd rather just refer, Affiliate pays a commission with no casework.

      How you get started

Six steps from the first conversation to your first client. Steps two and four are the ones that depend on you.

      1. 01

        Introduction call 45 minutes

We go through the demo with your own numbers: the visas your clients ask about, how many cases you expect and what you'd charge. You see the client portal and the admin area live and ask whatever you like.

      2. 02

Agreement and prices Yours to decide

We sign a short agreement covering the scope, confidentiality and how client data is handled. You decide your price per visa, per adult and per child. That price is your margin.

      3. 03

We set up your company 1–2 days

We create your company on the platform and connect your web address, for example portal.yourcompany.com. From then on every client who signs up there belongs to you, and no other partner can see them.

      4. 04

You fill in your admin area An afternoon

Your logo and colour, company details, the sender name and reply-to for client emails, your social links and your prices. You connect your own Stripe account and add your team. A completion meter shows what's still missing.

      5. 05

We test it together One call

We sign up as a client on your address and make one small real payment, so you see exactly what your clients will see and the money arriving in your Stripe account.

      6. 06

Your first client Whenever you are ready

Your address goes live and you start sending clients to it. Each one who signs up gets a case manager from our team, and from there we handle the case and the conversation, in your name.

      Frequently asked questions

How the platform works, in practice.

What do I need to get started?

A web address for the portal (for example portal.yourcompany.com), your logo, your prices per visa, and a Stripe account. We create your company; you fill in your admin area; we test a signup and one small real payment together; then your address goes live.

      How do payments work?

Clients pay through Stripe Checkout on your own Stripe account, in instalments: 30% on signup, 40% before processing and 30% on approval for the main visas; a fixed first payment and then the rest for student visas and renewals. The amount comes from the client's record, never from the browser, and an instalment is marked paid only once Stripe confirms it.

What is the client charged, and what's mine?

Your price plus our fee. Your Prices page shows both and the total the client will see. Your price is your margin — the calculator above shows it per client, month and year.

Can my team work on a case?

Your admin area shows every client, task, document and payment, and lets you open a client's dashboard exactly as they see it — but it's view only. Our case managers make the changes, so a case lives in one place and nothing is done twice.

      Do clients ever see Bureaucracy?

No. Every page, email, notification and file sits under your brand and your address. Case update emails come from your sender name and reply-to address, with your logo.

      Where do clients' documents go?

Into your company's own private folder. Documents are never public: each download uses a link that works for five minutes, made only for someone allowed to see that file. Our case managers comment on documents inside the portal, and your clients reply there.

Can I add my own videos and partners?

Yes. For every task you can keep our description, write your own, and upload your own video — our example video and its transcript are there to record from. On the Partners page you list the lawyers, banks, insurers or relocation services you recommend, with a picture and a discount code; they show on your clients' Partners tab.

      How do we start?

Get in touch. We'll walk you through the demo with your own numbers, then follow the six steps above: agreement, your company and address, your admin area, a test payment together, and your first client.
