Bureaucracy

Business Services

Add Immigration Services to What You Already Offer

Whether you're a relocation agency, coworking operator, university, or content creator, we have a partnership model built for how you work with clients — without you having to build an immigration team.

Bureaucracy is an immigration consultancy — we prepare and manage cases but don't represent clients before government bodies directly. Every partnership is structured around that distinction.

Four Ways to Partner

Software

Run your own caseload on our case-management platform, with a branded portal for your clients.

White Label

Sell Spanish visas under your own name and price. Our case managers do the casework behind the scenes; you follow every case in your partner portal.

Full-Service

Your clients get a portal on your own web address. Our team runs the case and the conversation in your name, and you get paid through your own Stripe.

Affiliate

Share a referral link. Your clients get 10% off and you earn a standard 10% commission on every completed application, paid monthly.

The Process

From First Conversation to Live Partner

  1. 01

    Tell Us About Your Business

We talk through your client base, volume, and which model — Software, White Label, Full-Service or Affiliate — fits how you already work. You can try every demo before we talk.

  2. 02

    Agreement & Onboarding

We agree on terms, sign, and get you set up: your partner portal, your own web address for Full-Service, or your tracked referral link, so every case or referral is attributable from day one.

  3. 03

    A 90-Day Trial Period

New partnerships start with a lighter check-in cadence for the first 90 days, so we can both confirm the fit before scaling volume.

  4. 04

    Ongoing Review

We check in quarterly on volume, case quality, and how things are going, and adjust as your needs change — many partners start with Affiliate and move to White Label as demand grows.

Why Partners Work With Bureaucracy

Tell Us Where You Need Support

Every partner's setup is different — we scope the model to your business rather than fitting you into a rigid package.

Transparent Tracking

Every partner gets a unique referral code or link so referrals and cases are attributable from day one — no guesswork on what's owed to whom.

Customise Your Package

Combine models as you grow — many partners start with Affiliate, add White Label as volume builds, and bring cases in-house with Software later.

Scale Without Growing Your Team

We handle the immigration casework, translations, and case management — you focus on your own client relationships.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Business Services solution is right for my company?

It depends on how hands-on you want to be. If you run an agency or law firm and want to manage cases yourself, our Software gives you a purpose-built platform to track applications, manage documents, and automate workflows. If you'd rather offer immigration services under your own name without building a team, White Label lets us handle the work behind the scenes. If you want the client communication handled too, Full-Service gives your clients their own portal under your brand, with our team running the cases from signup to approval. Our Affiliate program is ideal if you simply want to refer clients and earn commission. Not sure? Get in touch and we'll point you to the right fit.

How does the White Label solution work?

With White Label, your clients experience the immigration service as if it were entirely your own, while our team manages the operational process behind the scenes. You stay the face of the relationship and own the client communication; we handle the visa and relocation casework, document preparation, and compliance. You follow every case in your partner portal, pay our partner rate per case with no monthly fee, and set your own price. The White Label page has a live demo of the portal and a calculator that shows what you'd earn per client.

How does Full-Service work?

Your clients get their own portal on your web address, with your logo and colour. They sign up, log in with an email code, see their tasks and documents, message their case manager and pay, all under your name. Our case managers run every case and the day-to-day conversation with the client in your name. You set your price per visa on top of our fee, and clients pay in instalments through your own Stripe account, so the money lands with you. The Full-Service page has an interactive demo of the platform and a calculator that shows what you'd earn per client.

How does the Affiliate program pay out?

Once you join, you receive a unique referral link to share with your audience or network. Every time someone signs up through your link and completes a visa application with us, you earn a standard 10% commission on what they pay, and your referred clients get a 10% discount on eligible services. The calculator on the Affiliate page shows what that comes to per referral. Commission is paid monthly by bank transfer, with a statement of every referral. Joining is free, with no targets or minimum commitment, and you can see every referral and what you've earned in your dashboard. Try the live demo first.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with relocation agencies, immigration and law firms, visa and study-abroad agencies abroad, employer-of-record and HR providers, coworking and co-living operators, universities and business schools, real estate agencies with international clients, and content creators covering relocation and visa topics. Whether you need software to run your own caseload or a referral arrangement to monetise your audience, we have a model built for how you work.

Can I combine more than one solution?

Yes. Many partners start by referring clients through Affiliate, move to White Label or Full-Service as demand builds, and adopt our Software to manage cases in-house as they grow. Talk to our team and we'll help you design the right setup for where you are now.

Do you represent our clients before Spanish immigration authorities?

No. Bureaucracy is an immigration consultancy — we prepare, review, and manage cases, but we don't represent clients before government bodies directly. This applies the same way to partner-referred clients as it does to clients who come to us directly, and it's something we're careful to represent accurately in every partner agreement.

How is client data handled between us?

Any time client data moves between your business and ours — through a referral, a White Label case handoff, or otherwise — this is covered by a data-processing agreement addressing legal basis, purpose, and retention, in line with GDPR. For referrals, we ask partners to capture client consent to share their data with us before the handoff happens.
